As Team Field Manager, you will be an integral part of our existing successful team and be responsible for the face-to-face and remote management of a team of Brand Advocates across Australia.

As the team's first point of contact, you will need to be able to effectively coach, mentor and develop your team in achieving KPI compliance as well as being able to resolve any issues they are facing in field.

We want a proactive Field Manager, who takes responsibility for making sure that they are across everything. Leading from the front - planning and organisation will be second nature to you. 

You will be territory planning and ensuring that 100% of visitation is achieved each month and deployment of monthly cycle activities. Ultimately you are responsible for all the field planning, organisation, delegation and reporting requirements with the team.

What we are looking for; 

• Previous experience as a field manager, territory manager or retail store manager
• Strong retail experience (ideally merchandising)
• Strong team management skills (ideally managing a medium sized team)
• Strong interpersonal and highly developed communication skills
• Leadership, management, and coaching skills 
• Drive and energy to coach and motivate
• Technology savvy. Confident excel user - Pivot and Vlookups
• Capacity to travel nationally at least 1-2 times per month
• Own vehicle and unrestricted Australian Driver's License
