About the role

  • Takes ownership and accountability for driving Sales productivity
  • Consistently ensures the execution of sales training programs
  • Provides leadership through role modeling Coach Service behaviors and Coach selling standards
  • Maintains and oversees Coach Service environment within store and delivers feedback on service behaviors
  • Ensures all customers are being serviced according to the Coach approach standard and supports the Coach Service environment
  • Promotes and Maintains an energetic presence and creates a high level of enthusiasm on the sales floor
  • Gives appropriate, timely and specific feedback to team members while maintaining their self esteem
  • Able to resolve conflicts with team members in a timely and productive manner to achieve desired results
  • Inspires team to meet and exceed performance standards

Skills and experience

  • 2+ years retail experience in a retail service environment
  • Leadership in driving and coaching the team in the store 
  • Strong organization skills in managing the stores.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff and maneuver sales floor
  • Ability to work flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends and holidays
  • Strong customer focus, good relationship with maintenance vendors/contractors.
