Dodo Kiosk Team Leader - NSW

As the NBN rolls out around the country and we expand our footprint in NSW we are looking for proactive and switched-on talent to join our Kiosk team!   The team at Dodo Connect is currently seeking a Team Leader to manage our Erina and Charlestown Kiosks on the NSW Central Coast.   We are seeking a strong leader in retail sales to help lead, develop and get the most out of 2 teams across our two Central Coast Kiosks. Self-driven, sales savvy, creative and positive sales professional is what we need to make our Central Coast team a success.
We will need you to

• Support and coach your team to help drive sales across two kiosks
• Reporting on team performance and supporting your area manager on performance issues.
• support and develop Dodo Connect team members in your kiosks
• assist in the attraction, recruitment and training of new team members
• execution of marketing materials as directed
• work collaboratively with the training department to ensure your teams are well trained and supported
