About the role...
An opportunity exists for an experienced and highly motivated full time Retail Store Manager to manage our Fremantle Store. You will be responsible for ensuring the overall profitable operation and management of the store. Your leadership will ensure sales targets are met reporting results as required. You will motivate and train staff ensuring our customers are valued and have excellent service. The role includes inventory control, rostering, recruitment and managing budgets. 

What we are searching for...
To succeed in this role you must be available to work a roster that may include weekend and/or evening shifts. We are searching for a crew member that has demonstrated experience in retail management and thrives on delivering great customer service, not just to customers but to the dedicated crew that works in the store. You will have great computer skills to confidently produce reports and most importantly have an affinity with surfing and the board riding lifestyle. Wetsuit, surfboards and surf accessory knowledge/passion will be highly regarded!
