Role Summary
Reporting to the Stores Area Manager, this 6 month fixed term contract role (potential to go permanent) based in our Warners Bay Store, offers a dynamic and transforming business environment for someone that delivers results and focuses on continuous improvement.
Working within a supportive and team focused environment, your responsibilities will include:
- Leadership, Training & Development
- Workplace Health and Safety
- Driving Sales growth & Performance Improvement
- Financial Management – Managing P&L
- Stock Management
- Customer Relationship Management
- General administration and information reporting
- You may be required to work Saturdays.
To succeed in this role you will have:
- A proven track record in Store Management
- A results driven approach to sales targets and KPIs.
- The ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Excellent communication skills
- Business Development Experience
