YOUR ROLE
In this highly dynamic and hands-on role, you will be reporting directly to the Operations Manager. You will be managing the customer service department, responsible for training and coaching of the team to ensure the departments KPIs are being met. Best suited for a passionate individual with excellent team leading experience, there is plenty of scope to make your mark and be noticed!
- Managing the customer service department ensuring KPIs are met
- Team training & coaching to achieve individual staff KPIs
- Overseeing & working with team to achieve efficient customer resolutions
- Responsible for customer service escalations & delivering resolutions
- Managing customer pre-orders & coordinating efficient order processing
- Manage spare parts & seconds inventory, returns & assessments
- Providing reports on product issues & documentation on incidents to supply team
- Coordinating major incidents, product recalls & customer resolutions
- Sales support & key account management
- Drive continuous improvement in customer service procedures, policies and standards
TO APPLY

- 3+ Years' experience in similar role
- Proven experience in customer service
- Experience as a team leader, team motivator, training & coaching
- Experienced with dealing with customer conflicts & negotiating resolutions
- Excellent verbal & written, interpersonal, and communications skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure, ability to multitask, working in a very dynamic environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- High attention to detail
- High level of self-motivation and demonstrated initiative
- Proficiency with Microsoft office suites and ERP software
