The Role
Based at our Thomastown store and averaging approximately 60 hours per fortnight, the key responsibilities of this part-time role include:
- Providing expert professional customer service
- Developing strong product knowledge to assist customers in making the best product choice
- Achieving and exceeding personal sales targets
- Supporting other team members as required to ensure business goals are met
- Contributing to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping
- Receiving stock and unpacking pallets
About You
You are great at building genuine relationships due to your positive nature, respect towards others and your ability to communicate effectively. You have experience in retail and your energetic approach assists you to cope well under pressure, manage competing priorities and maintain a strong attention to detail at all times. You like working to targets and goals, whilst constantly looking for ways to improve your knowledge and skills every day. Well presented, you enjoy working in a beautiful work environment too, unafraid to pitch in and keep things neat and tidy.
