Our Client:
CSG Talent APAC are engaged on an exciting, new project with a world-wide luxury Bridal & Formalwear business. An amazing opportunity for Assistant Store Managers to work with one of the biggest names in the Bridal industry globally!
The role:
We are looking for experienced Assistant Store Managers / Store Managers who are ready and willing to step into a 2IC position in our beautiful Sydney Showroom.
You will take dual responsibility for leading and overseeing a team of experienced Bridal Consultants. Reporting directly to your Store Manager, you will be her right hand, working collaboratively to support her with execution of all daily operations in store and assist in the training and development of the team. This is a hands-on role for a charismatic, motivated and driven retail professional looking for a rewarding new role!
The essentials:
- 2+ year's experience in a management position in the retail industry is essential.
- Experience in luxury retail is highly regarded.
- Excellent communication skills and relationship building.
- Experience in training and developing your team - you lead by example!
- Well presented, polished and refined appearance.
- A proven track record of working with and effectively implementing KPIs and targets for your team.
- You are naturally warm, friendly and approachable with an outgoing personality.
- Must be available to work 5 days a week, Saturday's are compulsory.
