ally fashion is looking for a Full Timer  to work in our fun and vibrant Sydney City store in a new role created for a visual merchandiser/ stock control and sales full timer . We are looking for someone with an eye for detail, great style and someone who is looking to take the next step in their fashion career to become part of this fun and fresh fashion retailer.

Reporting to the Store Manager and State VM, this position is responsible for ensuring our high standard of merchandising presentation is consistently applied throughout the store and ensure all sales targets and KPIs are met.

ally fashion is a young ladies fast fashion destination providing high street fashions and the latest trends at an affordable price, in a vibrant and exciting store environment which is constantly evolving.

With a current portfolio of over 130 stores and an expansion plan to open at least 10 stores per year for the next 3yrs; it has presented a number of opportunities for team members who want to be to be part of this exciting time of growth; both in store and head office.

You must have a minimum of 2 years of retail experience and should genuinely love fashion, a fast paced environment, work well under pressure and have a passion to succeed.

The role requires you to be energetic, hands on and self motivated; you need  to have high standards, have a creative eye for detail and a can-do attitude. Flexibility to work a rotational weekend roster including late night trade is essential.

Duties and responsibilities required to fulfil this role are:

• Ensure all merchandising directives and standards reflect the Ally brand and are maintained in store, following company requirements.
• Meet sales and KPI budgets through balancing both customer service and Visual Merchandising duties.
• Maintain backroom/ stock standards including processing and placing all new stock.
• Ensuring you are the VM leader for you store, helping to train and develop team members in company standards.
• Possess a willingness to learn and 'can do' approach.
