The Infinity Pharmacy Group currently have a vacancy for Beauty Advisor/Pharmacy Assistant to commence Immediately on a permanent basis. Successful applicant must also be available to work weekends.

The successful applicant will have a natural way to deliver Patient Centric Care to all our consumers across all pillars of the pharmacy, including skin care, cosmetics and, to lead the Beauty pillar and deliver expert advice in the areas of cosmetics, skin care and fragrances. Must be able to work autonomously as well as a team player.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

• Be a team player in the beauty department including Cosmetics, Fragrance & Skincare.
• Provide advice on colour matching, skin tones, product recommendations etc.
• Create and lead in store promotions and experiences, including performing makeovers across brands and ranges.
• Demonstrating excellent customer services levels at all time.
• The management of daily, weekly and monthly targets.
• Visual merchandising of the beauty department.
• Overseeing all beauty promotions and sale days.
• Liaising with brand representatives and involvement in buying, promotions and training.
• Beauty inventory management including stocktaking and price management.
• Collaborate with our support category management team to ensure consumer and local demographic needs are met.
• Coach and support other team members to succeed in the beauty category. 
• Other duties will include flexibility with the rest of the store team to help cover registers, stock handling and housekeeping.
• Strong commitment to the delivery of superior customer service with a passion on identifying and fulfilling customer needs.

 Knowledge, Skills and Behaviors

• Experience working in an energetic, customer focused retail environment with a strong commitment to working within a team.
• Previous experience with large cosmetic houses will be advantageous.
• A passion for learning about new products and ranges and the willingness to share this knowledge with team members and customers.
• Experience in beauty industry is essential and must have at least one year's prior experience of working with cosmetics, skincare and fragrance.
• Qualified Beauticians, Make Up Artists and/or S2 & S3 trained applicants or holders of certificates I - III in Community Pharmacy highly regarded.
