A highly successful division of the ASX listed Ruralco Group, we are well positioned for growth and currently have a full-time position available for customer focused Sales and Administration Assistant to join our Midland branch.

About the role:

Reporting to the Branch Manager you will ensure that a high level of service and support is delivered to all our customers throughout the sales process including product information and availability. Tasks are varied and will include counter sales, sales order administration, stock control, pick and pack, merchandising and branch transfers. In addition, you will co-ordinate orders and conduct on farm deliveries to clients for special and urgent orders. You will provide support to the field sales and agronomists as well as respond to customer queries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction, whilst maintaining a welcoming, friendly and well-presented store environment.

About you:

You must demonstrate proven experience in store based sales role including stock control experience. You will be a self-motivated and driven person capable of nurturing and sustaining strong customer relationships. The ability to follow through and “get the job done” in a fast paced environment will certainly secure you this multi-faceted role. Your experience with inventory and stock control as well as exposure to the SAP ERP system and POS will be highly regarded. A current driver’s licence is essential. Manual handling of bulky goods is a requirement of this role.
