Job tasks and responsibilities
Key responsibilities will be......
- To provide the best customer service possible.
- Cultivate repeat business.
- Achieve company KPI and target standards
- All customer aftercare requirements.
- Stock Control / Loss & Prevention
- Store Administration & Organisation.
- Visual Merchandising
Skills and experience
With a minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience in a premium retail environment, the successful candidates must represent themselves in a polished and sophisticated manner with a clear loving and understanding of fashion trends and design. Personal presentation must be of high importance.
This person should be able to set the atmosphere for the best customer experience as well as the best environment for his/her colleagues to work and develop.
Important to be flexible with your time to meet the requirements of the business.
Clear communication is a must with bilingual skills, especially Mandarin and Cantonese, is a bonus in meeting our international shoppers requirements.
A naturally gifted sales person who's style is infectious, warm. enthusiastic and inviting.
