About The Role
- Leading the established team
- Conducting monthly team meetings
- Rostering
- Managing the budgets and meeting store targets
- Ensuring all new stock is merchandised according to Plano grams
- Driving the customer service focus
- Influencing and motivating the team for success
- Tuesday to Saturday roster with alternative Thursdays
- Training and mentoring the team

Skills
- Minimum of 2 years Management Experience ideal

- Highly organised with great time management and communication skills
