My client is an established Australian retailer with over 50 years selling luxury furniture. They are the place to go, and the forefront of peoples mind when seeking the highest quality pieces using only the best materials around. Their designs are second to none, and their consultants are expertly trained to give the best service around.. 
 
Due to company growth, they are seeking only the best retail sales consultants with a background selling big ticket items, have worked within a performance based environment and have earned huge commissions through exceeding company expectations. The successful applicants will be lucky enough to become a part of their massive expansion across Australia and New Zealand, and will have the opportunity to grow within their role into ASM, Store, Cluster or even Regional Management roles. 
 
To be successful for this role, you will need to posses:

• A minimum 3 years within a KPI Driven  environment selling big ticket items, such as furniture, white goods or jewellery!
• The ability to articulate previous sales achievements
• An understanding of the importance of working weekends
• A passion for exceeding personal targets
