Detail information about job Future Store Managers (Trainee). Terms and conditions vacancy

We are a proudly West Australian family run business, passionate about bringing fresh produce direct from our farms to our customers at affordable prices. We see our stores as a "Fresh Food Market" and our people as an extension of our family.

Our staff are like family, and with the business growing we are looking for new members that will share our passion of making fresh food affordable to our customers, whilst offering good old fashioned, down to earth customer service.

Our people are important to us and everyone in our business is hands-on, with most of the management having all stocked shelves and operated check-outs at some point in their career (if not still!). Our philosophy is we all need to work together, and do what needs to be done to make our business a continued success.

Does this sound like you?

As a trainee you will start your journey as a Department Supervisor, rotating departments to learn what it takes to run a successful store. You will need to be hands on, use your initiative and lead from the front. You will have responsibility from day one and will be held accountable for achieving results. The manager you will be training under will make you familiar with the tools that are used to control the stores success, these platforms being wage software (Time Target) and the POS system (Gap)

We are looking for people who can coach and lead a team. Past experience is valued, however, we're really after people with a positive attitude, who are hungry to learn and who want to work in a dynamic and fast paced retail environment.

To be successful will take hard work, early morning starts and late night finishes and you can't be afraid to get your hands dirty. The role is physically demanding. As you progress, there will be the added pressure of meeting store targets. You will need to plan your day and coach your team. This is not an office based role, you will need to think on your feet and be a natural multi-tasker.

In return we offer hands on practical training that will develop you into one of WA's leading store managers. You will be paid a market leading remuneration and work in a supportive family environment where you are respected as an individual.

If this sounds like the right fit and a career opportunity, please attach your resume in the link provided.

We thank you in advance for your application. Please note that due to the high volume of responses expected, only successful candidates will be contacted.
