We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager who has a passion for people, styling, visual merchandising and the sass & bide brand. To be successful in this role, you must have experience in retail and be motivated by driving sales and managing a team to deliver excellence. You will provide your team with training to further their individual growth and maximise your stores performance.
Helping to lead a small team and with the support of the manager, you will be responsible for supporting the management of our South Wharf Boutique supporting end to end store operations, with your responsibilities including customer service and loyalty, achieving sales budgets, visual merchandising, stock control, rostering and reporting.
You will have:
- You must have experience as an assistant store manager in a concession or boutique location or 2 years consistent retail experience and are looking for the next step in your career
- Excellent customer service skills and previous track record in exceeding store budgets/KPI's
- Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills
- Proven success in managing and growing a VIP customer base, proactively and regularly calling these customers to let them know of upcoming events and promotions and knowing them by name when they enter the store
- Confidence delivering a first-class service at all times to all customers
- An abundance of energy, positivity and an ability to motivate others
- A huge passion for fashion - you already know and wear the latest trends without us having to tell you, you follow fashion trends on social media and are able to relate to our fashion-conscious customers with ease
- Strong leadership and management skills including previous experience managing a team
