About the Opportunity
We're looking for enthusiastic part-time Sales Consultants to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a complete foreign exchange service. This challenging role involves a considerable amount of responsibility as you manage large sums of cash in a busy and fast paced environment. Your ability to think quickly and handle pressure is imperative to your success in this role.
The part time hours in these roles will vary, allowing for plenty of flexibility. Applicants would ideally be available on a 7 day rotating roster, including public holidays, late night trade and weekends. These roles also allow consultants to take additional shifts in various locations.
Locations currently include:
- CBD
- Werribee
- Southern Cross
- Broadmeadows
- Moonee Ponds
- Greensborough
- Epping
- Geelong
Example shifts include: Monday to Thursday 11.30 - 2.30 and Saturday 9am-4pm
Some of your key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring transactions are completed in a timely, efficient manner and with a high level of accuracy;
- Ensuring adherence to the sales process at all times;
- Resolving customer issues;
- Sharing product knowledge; and
- Meeting and exceeding client expectations.
