ABOUT THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate, experienced and highly motivated Store Manager to take on the challenge of managing our Chermside Karma Living store.
This position is responsible for the development, management and overseeing the store to ensure standards are upheld and practices are conducted in line with Company objectives. You will contribute to the achievement of the stores results by maximising the sales and profit through effective management of people, stock and controllable expenses.
This position will include both weekday and weekend hours.
Duties:
- Manage a small team
- Develop, manage and oversee store operations
- Maximise sales and profits for the store
- Meet set KPI's and company objectives
To be successful in this position, you will have a passion for the theatre of retail, an interest in everything mind, body and spirit, and believe above all else in the customer experience. You will have the ability to lead from the front, work autonomously and share our success story. In addition to this, you will have outstanding organisational and problem solving skills, have an eye for detail and have the ability to multitask at a fast pace. Exceptional communication skills and a professional and courteous demeanour coupled with a can do attitude and a willingness to pitch-in is essential.
Applicants must have previous experience in a Store Management, Assistant Management or supervisorial role.
