THE ROLES

HUGO BOSS are looking for two passionate and dynamic Retail Management leaders, to join us at our brand new Perth DFO location!

We are currently sourcing an experienced Retail Store Manager, and an enthusiastic Assistant Retail Store Manager to lead this new location to sales success. 

  • Lead and develop the team, whilst managing day to day operations of the store 
  • Demonstrate premium client service and experience
  • Drive the overall profitability of the store
  • Monitor and maintain your store's presentation and Visual Merchandising standards 
  • Ensure stock control processes are implemented and adhered to in alignment with guidelines
  • Be available to work 38 hours per week including weekends and some evenings 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Retail apparel experience with success in driving and achieving sales results, menswear/suiting experience will be advantageous 
  • Experience with motivating, coaching and leading a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Ability to manage high volume stock and report interpretation
  • Outstanding leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Coupled with excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Genuine passion for the fashion industry 
  • Impeccable presentation standards
