Our client is a well-regarded International manufacturer of Smart TV's and AV displays.
With a well-established presence in Australia they are undergoing significant growth and are seeking a technician to support their internal customer support team, external customers and partners with Technical support.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Solid experience in technical customer support
- A good knowledge of Digital Broadcasting, Media players, Smart TV's or Digital Set Top Boxes
- The ability to put together and present technical solutions
- Excellent time management & organisational skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
