I’m seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to step into Canberra Outlet Store. Working alongside your Store Manager you will be responsible for providing leadership to our team and ensuring that the store runs smoothly.

The successful candidate will:

• Have experience in a Retail management role with a strong customer service focus
• Create a fun, energetic environment for our customers and team
• Assist with stock control and uphold superior visual merchandising
• Understand the importance of outstanding customer connection
• Be self-motivated and engaged in meeting/exceeding sales targets and other KPI's
• Act responsibly in compliance with store's operation standards
