We currently have an excellent opportunity for an energetic and bubbly full-time Sales Associate to contribute to our dynamic team in our Westfield boutique. This challenging role requires an outstanding sales person, who has a passion for the brand and its Italian heritage, to provide the ultimate luxury experience.
As the ideal candidate, you will be able to demonstrate your exceptional customer service skills and a proven ability to build client relationships. Your confidence in dealing with exclusive clientele, combined with a key focus in achieving sales targets, will see you succeed in this role. In addition, it is essential all candidates possess:
- Proven experience in a luxury, hospitality or similar customer service related role
- Exceptional communication skills and a vibrant personality
- Immaculate presentation
- A professional attitude and high motivation
- A strong eye for detail
- The ability to problem solve and multi-task
- The availability to work full time over a 7 day rotating roster
- The flexibility to work boutique trading hours as required
- English and Mandarin speaking is desirable
