About the role:

Rare opportunity for a talented Assistant Boutique Manager to take the reigns of this Bondi Junction flagship. You will possess an infectious energy and drive with a passion for creating luxury in-store experiences with your clientele. Educate and inspire your team to deliver this service to your clientele and embody the brands core values. You will drive sales and KPI's to deliver a profitable business.

What you'll need:

• Previous experience leading teams in a luxury skincare or consultative sales environment.
• Passion for skincare with a hunger for knowledge.
• Performance management experience.
• High levels of business acumen.
• Impeccable grooming and presentation standards.
• Strong communication skills - articulate and inspiring
