About the role:

As a Furla State/Regional Manager you can expect to be accountable for achieving weekly performance KPIs, directing and leading your team and upholding brand values and standards within your store network.

Your primary role is to build an exceptional sales team that delivers the very best luxury service experience to our customers, as well as a competitive bottom line performance result. You will be a Furla brand ambassador and will create an exciting and disciplined Furla team culture through strong leadership and coaching.

The successful applicant will be based out of Sydney.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Achieve all sales targets and KPI's 
  • Achieve wages and shrinkage targets
  • Recruit, train, lead and performance manage team members
  • Embrace company training initiatives and follow through with store teams
  • Consistently deliver exceptional customer service 
  • Maintain outstanding store presentation and VM standards
  • Display exceptional store operational standards
  • Be a Furla brand ambassador 
  • Show effective leadership and management at all times

Skills and experience:

  • Efficient, resourceful, effective and disciplined
  • Proven success in a large state or national role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding leadership and people management skills
