One of the leading inspirational furniture and homewares brands are looking for a Store Manager in West Gosford to lead, develop and motivate a sales team with the intent of being extremely instrumental in increasing revenue by rolling up his or her sleeves and doing whatever it takes on the floors with the teams! The ideal candidate will be an opportunist, a people’s person with a humongous passion for customer service and someone who truly wants to make a difference! What we look for:

• 2 + years of store management experience
• High standards and a passion for customer service is a must!
• Highly sales focused and results driven
• All day to day management and coaching of team members
• Motivating & developing Team Members
• A passion and eye for Visual Merchandising
• Excellent communicator
• Prepared to roll up the sleeves and get stuck in
• Furniture experience is desirable
