The Role

Based in the West Melbourne Suburbs, this role requires you to be flexible to travel to other store locations within Melbourne as required. Accountable for your personal sales, the store financials and stock management, the key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Store Manager to deliver sales and profit results
  • Supervising, guiding and training the team in stock management, personal performance and administrative requirements
  • Ensuring all customers are provided an expert and unparalleled service every time
  • Developing strong product knowledge in order to achieve personal sales and to impart that knowledge to the team.
  • Supporting the Store Manager to maintain appropriate stock levels and ensuring the stock is merchandised in line with company guidelines
  • Completing all administrative requirements accurately and on time in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Championing health and safety in the store, educating the team and ensuring it is a priority at all times

About You

You have managed or supervised a team of people in a retail environment in the past, and you know how to reward outstanding performance and develop someone who shows potential. Always seeking opportunities to continually improve your knowledge and skills, you motivate others to do the same. You communicate clearly and openly with others, bringing energy and enthusiasm to the team.

The salary package for this role includes a base salary plus 9.5% super. We also offer generous benefits and rewards, including profit incentives and bonuses, paid birthday leave after your first year, amazing staff discounts on all our products and on-site parking.
