About the role:
Now seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to join the remarkable and internationally recognised designer brand in their stunning Chadstone location.
To be successful in this role you will have a solid background of working within a high end jewellery brand and display your passion for the industry!
As a Sales Consultant you are the face of the brand and are responsible for creating an unforgettable experience for every customer who walks through the door. You must be knowledgeable of the latest fashion trends & influences of the latest collections. As this brand attract customers both men & women from all around the world, you must be able to communicate with a diverse range of cultures with many who may speak another language.
Skills and experiences required:
- Solid history of working as a Senior Sales Consultant within a high end brand
- Ideally experience within high end Jewellery
- Product knowledge and designer knowledge
- Expert in sales ! Proven successful sales history and closing all sales opportunities
- Exceeding all personal budgets and kpi's
- Strong clientele base existing and ready to keep building
- Passion for customer service , always wanting to go the extra mile for your clients
- Love for the designer industry with impeccable presentation
- Attitude to always be the best!
