You will drive the Goldmark Colonnades store to success, with a total focus in the leadership and overall management, operations and growth of the store. You will be integral in leading by example and inspiring a high achieving team that is experienced in their product knowledge and always delivers exemplary customer service.
To demonstrate success, you will:
- Give customers that unbeatable service you live and breathe
- Be hands-on in building and growing successful and inspiring teams
- Sell with a professional edge that gets results
- Go above & beyond to identify ways to further advance your store
- Work collaboratively with the team and Senior Sales Professional to set and meet KPI's
- Be accountable & autonomous to drive sales and ways to improve efficiency and service
- Understand profit and loss accounts and business administration ability
- Show proven wage control results by minimising costs through effective rostering
- Maintain shrinkage

- Use your creative side to merchandise
