A unique opportunity exists for an experienced Assistant Store Manager for our Rundle Mall Concept Store in a full-time capacity. Aspects of this role include;

• Role modelling to provide customers with exceptional customer service
• Achieve individual budgets, leading by example to motivate store team members to exceed individual budgets
• Assist in managing the business to achieve goals and objectives in all key performance areas
• Understand and demonstrate ability to perform all managerial administrative tasks and comply with all company procedures.
• Effectively assist with managing store team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
• Work with the Store Manager to ensure effective performance feedback is given to all store team members

To be successful in this role you will possess;

• A background in beauty or Skin Care/Cosmetics
• Previous experience as an Assistant/Store Manager managing a small team
• A strong ability to drive a team to maintain store KPI's and rebooking of clients
• Possess maturity & professionalism to deal with a variety of clientele
• Excellent presentation and grooming
• The ability to embrace Jurlique's core values
• Beauty Therapy qualification highly advantageous
