About The Role
We are looking for Team Leaders/Supervisors/Assistant and Store Managers to work in a High End Luxury Fashion brand in CHADSTONE. You will be a strong sales person and savvy team leader knowing how to sell and with multitasking second to none! You will lead your team from the front and be a real brand ambassador!
Skills & Experience
- Management experience is a MUST - You will have lead teams of at least 10 in a fast pace KPI driven fashion environment!
- Exceptional customer service
- Background in lux/fashion/accessories is essential!
- Keen eye for detail
- You will have impeccable personal presentation
- Fantastic written and verbal communications skills
- The ability to sell and communicate to all nationalities
- Be able to work in fast paced environment - This store is the hottest fashion destination!
- Have a strong willingness to follow direction and ability to deligate to your team.
- A desire to grow with a brand from the ground up!
