Our client, one of Australia’s leading retailers are looking to drive digital innovation and change within their sector. They are achieving exceptional results and consistent store growth. This role will overhaul digital services and channels, transforming their Loyalty programme and improving online customer experience.
About the role
A business-critical role, you will transform Loyalty, CRM and eCommerce, delivering multiple digital solutions. With a board approved, fully funded programme of work confirmed you will lead a team to bring this to life.
Loyalty is a key strategic pillar and you will enhance and optimise their current capability, leveraging digital solutions to transform and build what the future of Loyalty will look like. An eCommerce re-platform will also allow for greater digital presence in an omni-channel environment.
This is a senior role, however requires someone who is also hands on and has no problem rolling their sleeves up to ensure delivery is achieved.
Skills and experience:
- Optimising and enhancing Loyalty programmes in ‘bricks and mortar’ retail
- Driving digital transformation, specifically eCommerce, within retail
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Data and analytics - the commercials of a successful business
