To be eligible for the role you must have the following:
- 5 Years Fashion Retail Management experience
- Success in driving sales and training staff
- Innovative and adaptable mindset
- Strong Leadership and Communication skills.
- Understanding of KPIs and finances
- Thrive on a fast paced environment and love being challenged
- Enjoy inspiring your team and getting the most out of your staff
- Pride yourself on success
- Are passionate about fashion and know your brands
