Our focus is to provide an extensive range of designer, sports and activity sunglasses, along with exceptional customer service.
We are looking for a trustworthy, experienced and highly motivated Store Manager to manage our store at at the new DFO Perth Airport opening early October.
The role will include :
All aspects of store and staff management including
Maximising sales to meet targets
Ensuring delivery of exceptional customer service
Recruiting, training and leading employees to build a dynamic team
Rostering of staff
Preparing financial and operational reports for upper management
Managing and monitoring inventory and purchasing of stock
Ensuring standards in presentation of stock and store
Loss prevention
Liaising with company representatives
Ensuring compliance with OHR
For success in this role , you will need to be a well presented, self motivated professional with excellent leadership, communication and time management skills.
Previous experience in retail management , particularly the sunglass industry , including POS would be advantageous.
Flexibility to work weekends is essential.
