CAMILLA AND MARC is one of Australia's leading high fashion brands, they are opening their first boutique in Fortitude Valley, QLD, in September 2018. This is such an exciting opportunity to be part of a new boutique and build the business in this state from scratch. Creating the CAMILLA AND MARC experience for the James St. shopper.
- This role requires someone with exceptional management and relationship building skills as you will be working closely with VIP clients and building a VIP database from scratch.
- You will be responsible for motivating and driving your sales team to deliver the highest level of customer service.
- Your responsibility will be to train and inspire your CAMILLA AND MARC team to be the best they can be.
- You will enjoy being creative through visual merchandising and mannequin styling.
- You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding your daily, weekly and monthly budgets
The ideal candidate will have an extensive history in retail sales and proven skills in achieving KPIs and sales targets with exceptional customer service capabilities. This role would be perfect for a fashion focused manager wanting to make their mark in fashion history. A knowledge of the local market would be a great advantage.
As Assistant Manager, you will be reporting to the Store Manager. Together you will be involved in all day to day running the boutique, driving sales and managing and motivating the team.
You will be a team leader and an effective problem solver; someone who can take on the role and make a mark immediately. Your responsibilities will encompass; managing staff, building long standing relationships with your clientele and daily store operations as required plus much more.
