Full-Time Optical Dispenser - Manager

An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced Full-time Optical Dispenser - Manager in Berwick/Pakenham Victoria, 25/35min drive from Melbourne.
You will be joining a friendly team of passionate people in servicing our valued patients/customers.

The successful Applicant will increase eyewear sales through the provision of excellent service in the assessment and interpretation of customer's optical needs.
Experience Required:

Role will include:
• Build rapport with customers, identify their eye care needs & requirements
• Apply product & service knowledge to customer needs
• Share your knowledge of products, promotions and actively sell and promote endorsed products
• Build skills to up-sell and cross-sell other products
• Provide internal support to store colleagues as required
• Listen and communicate openly and effectively with colleagues
• Contribute to team environment by assisting all team members
• Execute directives from Store Manager/Company in an effective and timely manner
• Know and understand teams KPI's and sales performance
• Respond to customers concerns and handle all customer complaints
• Direct dispensers and frame consultants to appropriate customers
• Select and prepare appropriate lenses and materials
• Complete final quality check
• Make alterations to existing orders; carry out adjustment and realignment
• Manage customer transactions and ensure closure of sales; process private and contract sales
• Basic & Intermediate Frame Repairs and dispensing progressive lenses
• Demonstrate effective use and understanding of the relevant pricing policies
