About the Role:
Now seeking an dedicated and passionate Store Manager in their NEW STORE coming to the Perth Airport DFO soon! As the Store Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, including leading your team, developing rosters, executing marketing campaigns and selling shoes! You will bring along your knowledge and experience to lead a high volume business. Working closely with the Area Manager you will be given the opportunity to benefit with lots of training and great bonuses on offer.
Skills and experiences needed:
- Self motivated and results focused retail experience
- Must have exposure to Recruitment, P & L and Shrinkage
- Experience working with KPI'S and wage budgets
- Passionate about working with people
- Exceptional level of customer service
- Team development and coaching skills
- Delegation and time management skills
- Committed to continual improvement
