Working with a collaborative and supportive team, an opportunity exists for an energetic Retail Centre Consultant to join our team working in our Brisbane Office. This role will see you playing an active part in the community by being the face of our retail centre and out and about in the wider area. You will be instrumental in selling the features and benefits of nib’s great range of health cover options as well as promote and cross sell a wider range of nib products.
We are looking for someone with a high focus in customer service and sales, who is driven to achieve and will add to the success of our Retail Centre. If you consider yourself a customer service superstar, who loves face to face customer interaction then this is the role for you.
Based at our Brisbane CBD office, this part-time role will be working Tuesday through to Friday, 4 hours a day. You will receive first class training in a supportive team environment including two paid weeks in our Newcastle Corporate Office.
What you’ll do
- Promote a wider range of nib products
- Support the sales aspirations of the Retail Centres and greater Retail Network as a whole
- Assist nib customers with enquiries about their health cover
- Demonstrate the value of nib products to existing customers
- Provide outstanding face to face customer service to both new and existing customers
- Adhere to policy and procedure guidelines
- Increase brand awareness and sales by attending corporate and mobile kiosk sales events
What you need
- Strong sales aptitude, with the ability to listen to the customer and provide an accurate needs analysis
- The ability to exceed sales targets
- Exceptional customer service, presentation and communication skills
- A friendly manner with a passion for going the extra mile in every customer interaction
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, and Word
- Strong attention to detail
- Current Driver’s License and car
- Self-motivation with the ability to work unsupervised as an individual as well as part of a team
