The Company
This retail company is experiencing massive growth and they are seeking talented Area Managers to join their VIC team. With a comprehensive 12 month training program provided you do not require a retail background for this role as strong business leaders with outstanding leadership skills from all fields will be considered.

Role
As an Area Manager the key to your success will be your strong business acumen, ability to lead, motivate and develop your team. You will think on your feet, problem solve autonomously and be able to multi-task with tight deadlines in an environment where no two days are the same.

Skills and experience
You will be a professional business manager that has successfully completed a University Bachelor Degree or Masters Degree coupled with a minimum of 3+ year's people leadership experience.
