Australia’s leading natural beauty brand Natio is looking for Sales Consultants/Merchandisers to manage some of Natio’s NSW & ACT department store presence.

Natio continues to grow and evolve as a business and brand with a very clear objective in mind - to deliver plant based, simple and effective beauty treatments that are flexible and fit comfortably within today’s diverse lifestyles.

We are looking for a confident and experienced sales consultant who shares our passion for beauty, to visibly promote and manage the Natio brand within stores.

The main duties of the successful applicant will be to achieve identified sales budgets, maintain house keeping of fixtures, stock and testers, negotiating and improving the Natio in store position whist building and fostering relationships. Being the face of Natio, strong selling skills and the ability to interact with the public is paramount. This is a hands on role which involves carrying out mini treatments and running instore events.

The ideal candidate will possess the below skills and attributes:

• Experience selling skincare and colour cosmetics
• Display innovative and competent sales ability
• Provide an outstanding level of customer service
• Outstanding level of communication, written and verbal
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• High level of professional presentation and conduct
• Maintain a high level of personal appearance
• Time management
• Ability to speak Mandarin advantageous
