Shed Bonanza are currently looking for Sales Consultant to work at their Derrimut showroom. As a Sales Consultant at Shed Bonanza you will be responsible for the conversion of leads/prospects to customers, generating referrals and building strategic customer relationships to maximise your earning potential and revenue for the business.
$75K OTE ($52,690 + Super + Commission)
Uncapped Commissions
The successful applicants will have the following skills and attributes:
- Demonstrate strong relationship building skills and a real passion for sales
- Has at least 5 years proven sales experience
- An eye for detail whilst working in a fast paced environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Be confident to make decisions
- Able to assist in rectifying any customer issues
- Be enthusiastic with a positive can do attitude
- Computer literate and able to quickly learn in-house computer program
- Previous experience with CRM systems would be advantageous
- A passion to deliver outstanding customer service
- Previous sales experience, within the Building Industry preferred but not essential
About the role
The role will involve:
- Face to face and telephone customer service and sales
- Participation in training and personal development sessions
- Build and maintain effective, professional relationships with clients and industry partners
- Generate and Maintain a database of sales leads
- Adherence to Shed Bonanza's safety and other policies
You will be required to work 9am-5pm on Saturdays.
This position is full time on a 14 Day roster working Monday to Saturday and Wednesday to Saturday the following week.
Having serviced the Victorian community for over 38 years, Shed Bonanza is a market leader in garden sheds, garages, carports, farm buildings and light industrial steel buildings.
