The role

Miniso Cabramatta has an opportunity for a Trade Counter Salesperson at Cabramatta store.  You will work as part of a team to deliver expert service. This is a full-time/part-time role, flexible working hours which suite your personal arrangement. Applicants may be required to work on weekends.

The role includes but is not limited to:

• Customer service
• Assisting Trade and Retail customers with the purchasing of products
• Answering phones
• Stocking shelves

Candidates must have:

• A strong customer service focus
• Excellent communication skills, must be fluent in English, speaking of Vietnamese preferred
• Be well presented and a supportive team player
• Be self-motivated
• General computer skills

Previous retail or sales experience in similar position preferred. On the job training will be provided.
