ABOUT THE ROLE:
Due to rapid global business growth, there is a newly created requirement for an experienced Supply Planner to join the Décor supply chain team to support the Décor S&OP process across its local and global customer base. This will include forecasting of 200+ locally manufactured and imported skus, creating and maintaining product ERP records and managing purchasing in a global supplier network. Success will be measured by your ability to support the demand plan by optimising customer DIFOT and inventory levels, along with effectively building and managing relationships with a global stakeholder group.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, live the Décor values and build positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Imperative to this role is the ability to multitask in a FMCG environment, whilst keeping the end consumer front of mind.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
To be considered for role you will have prior experience in a similar supply planning role in the FMCG or consumer products space. ERP and spreadsheet competency is essential along with strong analytical and engagement skills. You will have a successful track record developing improved planning processes and implementing them across a broad stakeholder network in fast moving commercial environment.
