We are seeking applicants for the role of Assistant Store Manager for our Charlotte Street store. This role provides not only the opportunity to gain valuable exposure to small business management, but the opportunity to influence change in various aspects of the business.
Who are we looking for?
The successful applicant will have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role, a strong background in managing people, and be driven by results. They will be passionate about people, hospitality and business!
- Day to day operation of the Chocolateria
- Assisting in recruiting, training and leading our team
- Ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service
- Meeting and exceeding store Key Performance Indicators
- Developing strong relationships with our "locals"
- Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the cafe
- Ensuring compliance with all OH&S and San Churro product standards
- Assisting in implementing innovative Local Area Marketing
- Management of store staff (15 – 20 staff) in delivering the requirements above
Ingredients required to succeed in this role include:
- Experience in the Hospitality industry preferred
- Barista experience is a must
- Ability to work various shifts over 7 days and late nights
- A customer focused approach
- Promotion of a fun working environment
- Adequate computer and numeracy skills
