Our client is a market leader in mens and womens casual wear. With an extensive national store network that continues to thrive and grow.

We're seeking a passionate & dynamic people leader to work with the State Manager and team of Regional Managers to drive forward their NSW stores network.
As a Regional Manager, you'll have responsibility for a network of up to 15 stores and be responsible for all aspects of your stores performance.

With accountability for financial performance, store standards, staff recruitment and retention you’ll spend your days working closely with your store managers and teams to deliver a great in store experience for customers, driving sales and developing the skills of your teams.

Skills & Experience

• 2-3 years’ experience in a multi-site role within fashion/accessories
• Strong P&L management abilities
• Exceptional ability to inspire and engage your team
• Proven successes in driving customer experience and achieving store KPIs and targets
• Ability to coach and mentor store leaders
• Energetic approach
• Ability to plan and prioritise workload, achieve deadlines and high attention to detail
