About the Position
You will thrive in a busy environment and be an experienced, inspirational leader! As our Cluster Manager you will be responsible for managing and driving two stores. To succeed in this role you must be motivated by being a solution focused leader who can motivate and inspire your teams to drive performance and achieve maximum sales potential. You will do this through strong leadership, coaching and development and a strong commercial focus which you can communicate to the retail team and translate into results.
This is a Full Time position and will require availability over late night trading hours, public holidays and weekends.
Skills and Experience
· You will come with previous multi-site management experience or alternatively have run a flagship business
· Proven ability to achieve sales, wages and shrinkage targets
· Passion for coaching and leading teams
· Exposure to performance management
· A strong communicator with a focus on customer service
· Effective roster management
· Previous visual merchandising ability
· Understanding of fashion and trends
