You will be a tried and tested leader capable of claiming ownership of selection & training for all retail managers across your region.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all management teams within your stated region
- Ensure adherence to company guidelines and policies
- Nurture the growth of all current and future team members
- Manage the implementation, support and use of services
- Set & guide business targets to deliver on budget requirements

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous Area/Multi-site management experience critical
- Tenure in Beauty or FMCG retail desirable
- Able to multi-task whilst maintaining great attention-to-detail
- Excellent relationship management skills
- Proven leadership ability
