This role will have you leading:
- A unique shopping experience for our customers,
- The culture in your store. Bringing it to life through an environment of fun and team work.
- The drive for results, exceeding sales and profit for the store,
- The training and developing of your team, and
- Creative VM presentation of the store from door to floor.
As a leader of tomorrow, you are recognized as someone who has:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in retail management,
- Demonstrated commercial acumen in your ability to drive sales, reduce costs and increase profit,
- Extensive experience managing a team in a busy, fast paced retail or customer service environment,
- A demonstrable drive to succeed by continuously seeking best practice in store management and the customer service experience,
- Creative flare shown in your innovative retail strategies through to your visual merchandising style,
