The Role
A career as a Recruitment Consultant at Cornerstone is both professionally and financially rewarding. No two days are ever the same. As a recruitment consultant, you will build your portfolio through the following activities:
- Writing advertisements to attract candidates
- Phone screening and vetting candidate applications
- Interviewing candidates
- Utilising social media to build your newtworks
- Business development calls to clients
- Building long lasting relationships with clients
- Dealing with offer negotiations.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate your skills in the following areas:
