The role of the Supervisor is to assist leading the pharmacy team to manage and merchandise the store and to achieve the Pharmacy's financial target, deliver the customer care and brand experience promise and to promote Priceline Pharmacy as the destination for Health and Beauty.

As a Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Provide an environment where the customer is welcomed and has an easy shopping experience
- Resolve complaints with due concern for the customer
- Assists with the management of the store adherence to Priceline's business systems and operating standards
- Communication of daily tasks to team members
- Monitor and assist in ensuring the accurate and timely Clocking On and Off by staff members.
Skills and Experience required:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise team members
- Show effective prioritisation and delegation skills
- Good communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Passionate about speaking to customers and understanding their needs
- Driven to contribute to the success of the business

Tuesday 10.00am-5.30pm
Wednesday 12.30pm-8.00pm
Thursday 1.30pm-9.00pm
Friday 12.30pm-8.00pm
Saturday 9.00am-7.00pm
