My exclusive client is seeking a highly ambitious, goal and customer service focused State Manager to oversee all WA and SA operations. The key objectives of this position is to effectively co-ordinate and manage all aspects of stand alone stores, concessions and outlet performance, which includes sales, margin, wages, profitability, training, product, merchandising, OHS and administration.

To be successful you will need to be:

• A minimum of two years in a multi-site management capacity with a minimum of 10 - 15 locations - mix of both stand alone and concession experience will be favourable
• Have a proven track record in driving and exceeding sales targets
• Be strong in training, coaching, mentoring and development of team
• Have a very professional and immaculate presentation style
• A strong and inspiring manager who strives for the best and has exceptional leadership skills
• Have an analytical mindset and be focused on driving results
• Customer service focused retail operations experience
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Exceptional Customer Service and Selling Skills
• People talent management skills
• Professional written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated sales success record in Retail Management
